Player Totals Percents

Dealer hits soft 17.
Shuffle after every hand.
Double after split allowed.
Surrender not allowed.
Aces get one card each (no re-splitting).
All other pairs may be re-split to three hands maximum.
BS player, what are the player final totals percents for BJ, bust, 21, 20,19 . . . .5, 4 ?
Shuffle after every deal w/6 decks? Online? Simulation? Continuous shuffle machine?

I don't understand a lot of the shorthand commonly used here, but I can often figure it out.

A player could have a very low total at the end of the hand when the dealer peeks for blackjack.
However, my question relates to splits. If the player splits and ends up with a bust and 13, for example, would the OP give each of those hands a weight of 0.5 toward the respective probabilities, or would each be given a weight of 1?

Ssho88 has a long history of big plays against side bets, along with just about everything else. He's one of the best here. His question makes me very curious.
