For those Vegas cheapskates like myself that like playing the MyVegas game, there is a new one out called Shaqjack.
The way it works, is that if the dealer is dealt two ten-value cards, the dealer's hand is voided and the dealer is dealt a new hand. This offsets the dealer pushing on 22.
To make things a bit more difficult, I have found that if the dealer subsequently is dealt blackjack the game will void that hand also.
Does anyone have a quick way to figure out strategy changes, and how this would affect the EV? My guess is that this may make it correct to stay on on 15/16 against a dealer 10 up card, since we know that the dealer can only have a made hand 3/8 of the time.

"ShaqJack" is very close to "Burn 20 Blackjack", which the Wizard has analyzed. Your thoughts on hard 15/16 vs. 10 are correct.
