Does there exist any type of Blackjack survey for games outside the US?

Here's what I want:
1. No CSMs
2. Good penetration
3. Low house edge
4. Fun rules (ex: early surrender, double on 3 cards, betting behind other players, etc.)
5. Low to nonexistent risk of being arrested, having money confiscated, getting robbed, getting stabbed, etc.
6. Low heat

I don't want people posting any spectacular games publicly (however you may pm me if you are feeling generous). I'm just looking for advice on obtaining such information as cheaply as possible. However, I do realize that the best games will be the games that I stumble upon myself by walking into random casinos.

ES10 is supposed to be common in central America. Given the average income in those countries, #5 may be a concern once you're seen betting money.

You can find es10 in some Asian countries but limits are about $30 per hand.If you're white they will cut the shoe in half.
Otherwise they will cut off 1 deck.

This is the most difficult part.
Think about Vegas before the fifty's. If you win big, cheating or not, you likely will encounter one or more of the above, or worse.
winning streaks come and go, losing streak never ends.

In the UK I doubt you'll find the quirky fun rules except on a variant and, apart from Freebet, most the other recent ones have now come and gone - Switch was fun, Burn 20 ok. The Empire used to have one dedicated table for a variant, the last one I remember was triple attack. On some casinos, the higher minimum tables can be shoe based.

Maybe no quirky rules, but they allow you to back bet. That's fun for me. Are the games countable? According to the Wizard's report, they seem like they are: https://wizardofodds.com/blog/gambling-united-kingdom/. What are the minimums for shoe games? Are the shoe games easy to find in London?

Back betting makes games absurdly slow. I had a play that I had been working on that was worth 2.5-4% that I've pretty much abandoned due to the game pace with back betting and multiple side bets. BJ game moves along like your playing a carny game.

You will not find a genaral BJ Survey for casinos outside the US.
But there is quite a lot of information for various countries in the WoO and other websites.

A general area of relatively good games is Central and Eastern Europe (EU and non EU countries).
Quite a lot of them have ES10.
You will find the occasional weird rule also.
You will find casino in many cities (capitals and other smaller cities) in this area but note that all of them are small casinos.
