Flat bet while playing rated

If you're flat bet at an MGM or Caesars property while playing rated, does that info get sent to all other properties of the same type?
What about back offs and trespasses?

Yes, casinos in the same network share the same internal data. Think of it like this... The centralized database that stores all the information for one 'group' of properties is in the middle. Then draw a line from that to property 1, property 2, etc. So while they aren't connected to each other, they're all connected through the database they all connect to for information.

Supposedly they don't share this information with other 'groups'. I.E. If you're backed off at MGM, you 'should' be able to go play at Caesars properties. However, there have been occurrences where they might share information with one another that would benefit them both... such as "Hey, just wanted to let you know the MIT team is in town..." So I'd still be careful and play different properties/shifts/maybe go off strip if you get marked on the strip, stop playing rated, etc...

Hm -- and how does one get 'unmarked' without resorting to fake IDs? wait a year? EMP the database?

Back in the 80s I was told by a very reliable source, a relative in fact, that I was in the Griffin Book. Thankfully not for cheating although it probably didn't matter to those reading it. I still played for some time right under their noses and I played flat out figuring to make as much as I could before the ax fell. There wasn't much cover back then and I've never been a fan of it anyway. Ironically, I used to see Beverly walk through one of the casinos where I was playing at least once a week. Go figure.
