1 Deck BJ Late Surrender Exceptions?

Been looking over your wizard of odds site.
If I'm reading everything right, there are 3 additional exceptions to basic strategy for a single deck game with late surrender.
15 (10+5) vs 10 = Surrender
15 (9+6) vs 10 = Surrender
17 (9+8) vs A = Stand
Am I correct?
If so, is the 9+8 vs A different if the dealer hits a soft 17?
