I don't see how to search the forums for previously discussed topics. Also I don't see a need for chatter just for chatter's sake so I don't want to start a new thread that has already been dealt with extensively. That being said, I want to talk/inquire about Blackjack rules etc that I'm about to run into on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. I only play Blackjack so I'm not asking for comments about Roulette or Craps or Poker or any other games. Please direct me to a search device of previous threads, or just jump in here with the info I'm looking for. Thanks in advance for your patience, and your help. 2F

I found some threads by typing Royal Caribbean blackjack into the search function at the top of this page.

Using the Search function from the dark blue menu bar above this post (just below "Wizard of Vegas") I found the following; didn't read through them, but they discuss RCI and blackjack to a more or less satisfactory level:

https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling/trip-reports/19355-royal-caribbean-grandeur-of-the-seas-to-bermuda/
https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/off-topic/other-casinos/6715-royal-caribbean-cruise-line-cruise-and-casino-review/4/
Hope you find some useful info in these threads!

you can search any website that you want, even if they do not have a search feature.
1. Go to google.com
2. type: Royal Caribbean Blackjack site:wizardofvegas.com
You will notice that it will only return you pages that are found on this website. It will give you all results that have your keywords in the title or comments. You can replace the search term or the site for anything that you want.

I will give all of the above responses a try. Big thanks to you all for responding. Can't do any of those a try at the moment, got lots of other obligations, and yes, now I am late on several. Thx again, 2F

Thanks again for the responses, tried all the suggestions, read all the links, good info. Can't believe I didn't see the search button at the top of the site, either I'm pretty dumb for a smart guy, or pretty smart for an idiot, not sure which. Didn't realize you could google search a particular website, that is going to be a big help elsewhere.
Hoping to run into conditions on Royal Caribbean at Blackjack tables that are at least as decent as the 4 cruises on Carnival in the last 18 months. Sounds like they will be similar: hit soft 17, split to 4 hands, DAS, split Aces one card only, 3:2 BJ.. I play the $10 table(hopefully 1k max), wild progressively regressive strategy, extremely volatile, not for the faint of heart or a small bankroll. I'm not a card counter (sorry) so I prefer the continuous shuffle shoe but won't walk away from whatever is available once I'm there to play.
Up a little for the year, gotta pay taxes, down a little less lifetime, hard to catch-up when you only get to count about 60% of this years winnings against those lifetime losses;-)
Headed out for a week on Royal Caribbean over thanksgiving school break, wife's choice of cruise not mine. Called RC and told them (truthfully) that I cruise on Carnival for free via casino comp. asked them would they like to make an offer, and they comped me a suite, pretty nice of them. Carnival throws in casino cash as well, but I didn't push for that.
Wish me luck, never hurts to have some. Tip your dealers big, never hurts to have them rooting for you just a little. 2F
