Quote: bigseandawgI love the idea of the 21+3 side bets (seen here: https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/appendix/8/#toc-212B3), but something is unclear. Do these side bets allow straights to wrap around (eg. does K-A-2 pay?)? I would be much obliged to anyone who could help me determine which rule the wizard used while calculating the odds.
Wrap around straights don't count, but the wheel (ace, two, three) does.

from my experience it is a no.
Quote: bigseandawgThank you for taking the time to respond. So the Ace can be high as well (A-K-Q)?
yes
Quote: ParadigmMake sure you play the 9-1 pay for all events with its 3.3% House Edge. The 21+3 Extreme Pay Table is "Extremely" bad for the player at a 13.4% HE. Unfortunately, that is the pay table used up and down the Strip.
I've never seen the 9 to 1 for flush or better paytable (3.24%) anywhere in Vegas. It's 9 to 1 for flush or better at my local casino...and considering the last few hours, I should have really went there tonight instead...doh.

That is how it is here too. I personally would rather have something with a 30 to 1 but not at 13%. There needs to be something in the middle. I am just not a fan of everything being 9-1.
