I know that counting a CSM game is useless, but it has been a long time since I have been to Vegas and wanted to ask just how many casinos use CSMs for blackjack games? Is it true that it is currently used in almost all casino blackjack games? And if not, is there a great possibility that casinos will use them for all blackjack games in the future?

I just went to Vegas a week and a half ago... It depends on your limits. If you're a low limit player you're going to find it quite hard to find a good game on the strip. There was a TON of 6/5 and a fair amount of shufflers; 6/5 is more the problem than shufflers. There ARE 3/2 shoe games, but all of the one's I saw were H17.
That being said, there's a lot of good cheap games just off the strip. There's free shuttles that generally run out to places too. For example, there's a free shuttle from Harrah's to Sam's Town. Sam's Town doesn't necessarily have the best rules/games, but other places around it certainly have good games ;).

Playing it correctly means you've already won.
