Are there any casinos in Vegas that offer it?

The Wizard's Las Vegas Blackjack Survey shows only the Cosmopolitan at $200 minimums and a 0.33% house edge. Can anyone verify?

Never seen this in Vegas. However I played a local game yesterday that offered this. Probably the best local game I have available...DD H17, DAS, DA2, (I think?) RSA, and LS. 0.33758% house edge for "realistic" results. Decent pen too (about a half deck cut off). Unfortunately it's usually crowded.
Anyway, I have to remember the slight strategy change vs. multi-deck LS. Don't surrender a 16v9. Everything else is the same (15v10,A; 16v10,A; 17vA).
Wait, damn it. I think I may have surrendered a 16v9! I gotta practice more...

How about 6,6 vs 7 and 7,7 vs 8?

Got those down (split both at DD, as long as you can double after). I was specifically enumerating the late surrender changes at DD. So rarely play that ruleset that I think the 16v9 slipped my mind.
