Looks like some canny capitalist found an inefficiency in the market. If he can buy chips for $0.25, and sell them for $0.75 or so, why not? 200% R.O.I. I don't see Joker's Wild bringing back $0.25 chips unless they like taking a loss on them (which they might).Quote: AhighIf you take enough low denomination chips out of circulation, that can create a problem for a casino.
The Joker's Wild recently ran out of $0.25 chips.
About the same time they started selling volume on E-bay for prices below what the Joker's Wild probably pays for these chips.

Quote: IbeatyouracesIndian casinos are most likely exempt from state regulations.
Yeah, I don't go to Indian casinos to gamble. I go there to have adulterous sodomy, and ironically, to also pay for third trimester abortions. While using cannabis. It's not illegal to barter with casino chips, it's illegal to launder money and to buy/sell drugs--which is why we don't have $5000 bills anymore.
