If I have Soft 17 or Soft 18 against a 2 or 3, the 3 is a high card for that particular decision, correct?
And Soft 19 against 3-6, the deuce is a high card?
I know that for Soft 18 v. break, the Ace is a low card, but for Soft 19-Soft 20 it is high. But I don't know anything more.
In terms of hand EOR.
