Online Blackjack Tournament 3 hands vs. the dealer

I recently starting trying to play blackjack tournaments on my betting site since they have one everyday. I am hoping I can figure out a strategy to place in the top 5 almost every day and make a profit everyday. The tournament style is just me vs. the dealer and I have the option of playing one hand up to three hands at a time. We get a set amount of chips (I think $2,000) and have 50 hands to get as many chips as possible. $10 tournament the winner gets $270 and $5 tournament the winner gets $150. What would be the best strategy to win as many chips as possible in the 50 hands. If you lose all your chips in two hands then you are done. You can rebuy as many times as you want at the entry fee amount. Should I max bet all 3 hands, small bet all 3 hands, max bet one hand, small bet one hand, etc.? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
