Glad you had fun. I understand the bit about not gambling. If I were to attend an opening of a club I would want to get as much face time as I could with everything regarding the club.
Btw, I don't want to hear about the dirty dancing, I want to see it!!!! :)

AND I AM AVAILABLE TO COLLECT DEBTS.
Did you remember to refer to him as "Dr." Shaquille O'Neal? (On his recent press conference with buying the Sacramento Kings Basketball Team)
Quote: aceofspadesOk played a session in Casino of the Wind
100min table
Lost the first 6 hands then maintained
Lost the last two hands of that first shoe which were both doubles
End of first shoe negative 1200
As I watched the shuffle and cut card placement it seemed they were only at about 55% penetration OUCH!!!
Finally caught a run until I was only down 100 but then split 8's 3 times for 4 hands and lost...
Ughhhhh
However, I was dealt two blackjacks with my bets pressed soooooo...after all that I am
EVEN
I have played thousands of hours of blackjack at Mohegan Sun and have never, not once, seen 55% penetration. If the dealer lines up the six decks properly on the side of the shoe you should get 75% pen. Unfortunately they don't and that makes the cut very dealer dependent. I can't tell you how often I sit out the relief dealers' shuffles.
Likewise, I have never seen a $100 minimum table in the Casino of the Wind but I'm not there on weekend evenings. Did someone request it?
I would think that would make it a business trip of some sort. Someone thought you would be good publicity for them. Glad handing and photo posing is fine. I'd be alert though. The trendy types have no loyalty.Quote: TomspurI am back home --this was not a gambling trip but a social trip as I was invited to attend the grand opening of the new nightclub there "Avalon"..

Perhaps it was Casino of the Sky ( it was in their high limit area that was a few steps down form the main floor )

But you're an A list celeb here. You've been on a
TV show, and on the news many times. You and
Frank and Alan and the Wiz are our A list celebs.
