about 18 months ago a local casino had a BJ game that was dealt from a shoe by a person just like a normal blackjack game. The big difference was that when you bought in they placed your money on an Ipad in front of you that you placed your bets through. It also knew what cards you were being dealt sorta like some bac tables and the payouts were also perfect because it was a computer doing all of the math. It only lasted about 6 months and they took them all away. Does any other casino still use these? When they brought them in I kinda thought this was going to be how all new games would be sooner than later.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

Quote: IbeatyouracesAll their games are I-deal tables. 'Tis why I didn't play.
I played to collect a chip, and stayed a bit for the novelty. Mostly, I played UTH. But the BJ game I briefly joined was shoe-dealt.

They had them at Rivers in Pittsburgh. At WOV-East Convention I we would have been the first players but for a dinner reservation and they could not get them working. The tables didn't last 8 months. My guess is people who want to play at a table want the feel and sound of the cheques.
Good Riddance!

Mini-convention. About 10 people, had drinks, played a bit, and steakhouse dinner. Two years back IIRC. Kind of an independent/not sanctioned by management here.

Nice. I wonder how many people from within 75 miles of Pittsburgh are on the site? There seem to be many
