I was backed off the Bellagio a couple weeks ago. I was using my real name and M-life player's card. The casino manager said I'm prohibited from playing blackjack at all M-life properties. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering how effective thier system is for communicating among all the various M-life properties.

I can't testify as to the validity of the back-off statement, but all MGM properties are very well connected, as far as the player's card records go. Example; win at Aria, lose at Mirage. Then ask for a comp from Mirage, and be told "...but you won $X last night from Aria!"

I know someone who was 86'd from all MGM-Mirage properties, based on one incident at the MGM.

Quote: IbeatyouracesTheir card is pretty much worthless so getting backed off is no big deal. Just don't use the card anymore and spread the play around.
The black NOIR card is worth it:)

Depending on how much they don't like you, your backoff can range from only applying to that shift and particular boss or floor person, all the way to full-on shitlist status at every M-Life property. To that end, M-Life properties have their own "undesirables" database that includes names, info, aliases, known associates, and all that stuff. They keep it in house, but as far as I know, all M-Life properties have access to it. If your card is hot, then it's best to just dump it. If it's a Noir card, then you can almost be sure that it's garbage now, as you're already high-profile to begin with. You'll have to figure out the rest!
