Is there a strategy in playing BJ tournaments? (splitting 10s and such) Would someone point me to a thread or a book or something?

Wong has a book on it. Haven't personally read it but it comes highly recommended.

Wong's book "Casino Tournament Strategy" published in the early 90's is probably the most comprehensive source of tournament strategy info. There have been a number of articles over the year perhaps refining parts of it, but it is a good place to start.
