It is about splitting pocket 9`s. - To me it looks quite paradoxical to stand on pair of 9s vs dealer 7 while we split them vs dealer 9.
I have two questions to ask: how much I increase the house edge for standing vs dealer 9 and how much for splitting vs dealer 7 ?
Also, an additional advanced question: - Starting with what count (true count) we should correctly split pair of 9s versus dealer 7 ?

The Ten is the most common card, so a dealer 7 will more likely stand on 17, while a dealer 9 will more likely stand on 19. So the 18 of a pair of 9s will more likely beat the dealer 7 than the dealer 9.

Thank you very much Ibeatyouraces, seeing that apendix now everything is very clear for me.
And yes, now I understand that splitting vs 7 wins less while splitting vs 9 lose less. Thanks !!!
