1. Just wondering if anyone else has seen the following pay table for the Royal Match bet. The Wizard doesn't mention it on his site.
Any 2 suited cards=1.5 to 1
2-card straight flush=5 to 1
Suited pair=9 to 1
Royal Match=30 to 1
Does this do anything to the house edge on the "regular" Royal Match?
2. In most casinos in Reno that have the Royal Match, if the first two cards are suited and you want to hit, the dealer will allow you to bet the Match again, paying the same odds if the third card is the same suit as the first two. Are the odds still the same in this case?
I generally stay away from side bets, but these situations intrigued me enough to ask. Thanks!

At El Cortez in downtown Vegas their royal match used to pay 3:1 for and 2 cards of the same suit and 15:1 for KQ, this was on their single deck games

The paytable seems like the one generally used here in the UK. We only had it in our casino for a couple of months, now the only blackjack sidebet we have is 21+3
As to the house edge questions, I have no idea. Sorry.
I really should learn how to work these things out.

The local Indian Casino here in WA state has several unique bets in addition to the normal BJ bets. In a 6 deck game if your first two cards are queen's of hearts and the dealer has BJ the payout is 1000:1. The table limit is 500. I'm not sure if there is a bet maximum for this unique bet.

This is most likely the Lucky Ladies side bet. It has a house edge of 24.71%.
