Got to Biloxi early afternoon Sunday. Stopped by the Palace to play my $60 free play that expired that night before we checked in at Beau Rivage. Played a single line .50 machine and cashed out $245! Then while waiting on my wife, stuck it in a .01 machine - maximum 150 credits and on about the 10th pull hit the progressive jackpot for $1745.00!! What a great first 30 minutes of the trip.

That is a great start to your trip; hope the winning streak continues!

the next time Dame Fortune toys with your heart, your soul and your wallet, raise your glass and praise her thus: “Thanks for nothing, you cold-hearted, evil, damnable, nefarious, low-life, malicious monster from Hell!” She is, after all, stone deaf. ... Arnold Snyder

Remember that this cash is yours now! You aren't playing with the "house" money, you are playing with your money. Hope the good fortunes continue, but avoid those penny slots, they are cash suckers! Most importantly, have fun!

I put all the money I won early on in the safe to go home with us. My wife is even, but I have been getting killed at Pai Gow Poker and Three card poker. Putting off playing Blackjack until Margaritaville opens Tuesday PM. Hopefully my luck will go back to the way it started.

Better luck! 3CP is a tough game with crazy variance. If you don't hit a SF or trips you will likely lose a lot in short order.

Be sure to get one of those club cards... hostesses will be giving them out at the opening... the more you play the more you get entries in the one hundred thousand give away which has a top prize of fifty grand.
I understand its still five pm Ribbon Cutting with 8pm Opening Bell for Gambling.
I'm glad the Palace has been generous to you. Its a favorite of mine and I had good experiences there even when I arrived literally staggering from the heat and humidity to which I was not accustomed at all.
