Dear Wizard. I have been playing the same 8 spot keno numbers for about 4 or 5 years. I've only hit 7 of 8 a few times but all 8 of the numbers finally lit up. Should I continue playing them or switch to a new 8 spot ticket?

Keep playing them! You'll be mad if they hit and you weren't. You have attachment to those numbers.

There is no difference whether or not you play the same numbers or different numbers. The odds of any set of 8 numbers being chosen in Keno is 1 in 230,115.
I heart Crystal Math.
