Need your Help

Hello people i would like to ask for your help to program something that seems "simple" to do to show/prove people in my country that a seller is a real joke... He scams a lot of people because he chooses pattern that suits to his system and make them easily dream. Me and my friend are trying to show reality but without any "proof" except to say that the payout is less than probabilities defined, it's hard to do.

Here the rule of the system:

N°1 /Bet the last repeat 2 times and if it doesn't hit wait for the last repeat again and bet it 2 times

For example: 15/32/24/0/5/18/32(Here we bet 32 two time)/29/15(here we bet 15 two time) etc etc

N°2 Bet the last repeat 5 times and if another last repeat show, give up the first repeat and bet the new one

I would appreciate your help if you can programm it or if you can tell me what best argument you'd pick.
