Betting Simulation Program

Any ideas on where to start? I want a program to generate outliers for me. I want the sample size to be 25,000 fictitious betters. Those betters get one 50/50 odds pick per day. Program should be customizable; ability to view standings for the last 7 days, 10 days, 20 days, and month. Outliers in the form of streaks (good or bad) or overall performance within a given timeframe. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
