after 3 players in a row I then bet $10 on banker, and double till I hit
hasnt failed yet
I am sure it WILL fail eventually but I am making money!

I sounds like your system is working for you and that you understand it eventually will fail. What is your typical bet and how much are you willing to put out as your maximum bet?

i know mathematically it WILL eventually fail, I am playing with luck and hoping I am up when the loss comes and I can recoup
my minimum bet is $10.....my maximum bet is $320....thats a total of about $650 wagered
the way I play for me to get to a $320 bet that would have to be a streak of 9 that im betting against....as i build my bankroll i will gladly bet $640 if the 320 busted. im not quite there yet but I am building
the electronic games at RWNYC very rarely go over a streak of 9

when its choppy and goes between player and banker say 10 hands in a row i miss out on a lot of profit
but discipline and patience is key I always wait for 3 before I start

First they waited for a streak of 4 then bet the opposite, their bet progression was a Fibonacci rather than a Martingale. Starting off with $25 chips and quickly progressing to black, they had 13 straight winning sessions, raking in 14k in just over TWO weeks.
On the 14th session they dropped 10k, which took another 3 sessions to win that back, then they progressed some more, they ended up just shy of 20k profit in less than a month.

I would also look into a simple counting method, if this machine does not shuffle after every round, on how many Bad Banker cards produced the P,P,P to start

You don't worry about commissions and you don't count them in your profits because that is just the cost of playing the game and has no effect on your bankroll.

i just believe a delayed martingale greatly increases my odds but i still know in the back of my mind a streak of over 10 is possible but im confident that it wont happen to me thats why my goal is 100 then walk away
It doesn't change your odds, it is also not really a delayed Martingale, you are just choosing when you start it. With the Fibonacci, it might hurt less, but you do need to close back to back wins, any double dragon would hurt.
