I'm aprox. 55 years old.
I've been visiting Reno and Vegas casinos since the late 1970's.
But I have never lived in Nevada. (I want to someday)
Betting on sports is the easiest.
I prefer the NFL, The NHL and MLB
Craps... If I play it, I will marty the don't pass line when the shooters are somewhat cold. (easy money!)
Hold'em high - love to play it but there are LOTS of easier ways to make money in Vegas.
Now we get to Baccarat...
I live in a state close to Nevada that has several Indian Casinos.
To protect my identity I'm not going to mention the state.
I'm a "hit and run" gambler! AKA Gorilla Gambler!
Casino's hate people like me because we win and then we high tail it! (with their $$$)
I over heard a Baccarat Pit Boss tell a customer once...
"If everybody as soon as they got ahead, they quit playing for the day, then we would soon be out of business."
I use marty's in order to beat Baccarat.
I never sit down when I play Baccarat.
All my bets are placed standing up in back of the seated players.
I play from "the gallery" as they call it.
I go from table to table looking for that table where Player or Banker is dominating the scene!
At the Gold Coast Casino I would be in Hog Heaven.
Follow me so far?
When I go to Vegas I always stay at Harrah's and I play my Baccarat there and at The Flamingo.
But sports betting is where I always tear them up!
Now back to Baccarat...
I mainly like to bet Player but if Banker is dominating then I will obviously bet Banker.
For example...
I walk up to a table in which Player is dominating Banker...
My Marty is $25 - $50 - $100 - $200 - $175 - $225/or IC (bet Player each time)
If I lose 5 times in a row, I stop and book a $550 loser. (minus my other marty wins for the day)
Then I go home for the day.
If I lose 4 in a row and win on my 5th bet then I'm down $200 and can then
make a $225 bet later on or do an "increment catchup" to try and get even.
For example a $50 - $100 - $200 marty is a $50 "increment catchup" when won.
My goal everytime I go to the casino is a $100 - $200 win with a $1,000 bank roll.
Once I reach my goal I leave the casino and immeditely go home!
John Patrick once said it best... Go for small wins!
My record is 46
That's 46 straight winning trips to the casino!
46 x $150 = $6,900
It usually doesn't take me long to win $100 - $200 then I'm gone.
If I play for long periods I will eventually go on tilt like poker players do.
Get in and get out and don't get greedy!
Sincerely,
gr8beethoven

I highly DO NOT recommend trying this but give the guy props for catching a winning run. $6900 covers the next 12 losses not including future wins of $150.00

it public and it's time to cash in before the bac

I just created a thread to beat slots here in Canada. 100% winner, play 24hrs a day. risk nothing. free jackpots, what more do you want.

AxelWolf, don't fool yourself. you are chatting with a Master of slots here. Back in 1996 I studied the ins and outs of the slot machines making friends with many slot technicians and hanging out while they fix the machines, learning about Eprom Chips, Processors, Random number generators, Mechanics, Rom, Machine counters and what they stand for and what they do, Man I've invested many hours learning about what make them tick.
If you want to know anything about the One Arm Bandits, I can go on for hours.
Long story short. you can not beat these new machines, Every spin is pure luck. No accounting involved with single machines anymore so trust me and keep your money in your pocket. If you make money at a slot machine, it's pure luck man. I've seen on occasion quite a few slots paying jackpots back to back or shortly after. this is because the machines reset after every pull.
AxelWolf I totally believe you when you say they are beatable, but that was "Back in the day" Put it to rest man.

When it comes to probability, "sessions" are an artificial construct, a figment of our brain making a story out of experience. The cards don't know if a pause is 15 seconds, 15 days, or 15 years. They don't know if you went back to called it a night, or took a bathroom break, or flew home to Minnesota. If someone is ahead lifetime at a negative expectation game, quitting sessions when ahead has nothing to do with it.

I'm sure the guy is referring to winning sessions in a row before losing his 550.00 bankroll. it is possible he could have done this in a day or two.
To be honest, In my Baccarat Playing career, I haven't ever gone a day without losing a small percentage. I do not even recall ever winning 4 baccarat tables in a row. I may hit 1st table for 200, 2nd table for 200, lost 150 at a third table and sometimes hit an early streak to lock in a quick 500.00 but never recall winning at 4 tables in a row.
But is is possible to make 49 winning sessions in a row in just a day or two playing the Marty. (I also see alot of Luck involved if it did happen, I can not see this being done consistently.
It may be possible that you don't know everything about everything gambling, I have a few years on you since I started at a young age 22 or 23 in 1993 and have yet had to work a real job since. Competition and TMI has already cost AP's millions. I would be willing to make a sizable side wager with you and provide adequate proof with in reason both mathematically and in practice, there are still RNG slot machines that can be beaten.Quote: varmentiAxelWolf, don't fool yourself. you are chatting with a Master of slots here. Slot Machines were the very first Game of Chance Introduced to me when I first walked into a casino. I've never player them at first. I just watched and watched them forever, day after day to see if patterns occur. Since I was young, I was always a Pattern person looking for repeated occurrences in any video game. Yes if you ask me about Pacman or any other video game back in the day. Yes I beat them all. Every Videogame manufactured by Bally Midway always had a Programming glitch allowing Custom play methods.
When I walked into the casino for the first time, My Eyes lit up as I saw Bally Midway machines everywhere.
Let's just say, "I Came", "I Saw" & I Done" I mastered the slots. "I Beat the Casino at their own game" in just under a couple years shortly after I moved on to ROULETTE, then BLACK JACK, then CRAPS, and now BACCARAT (The Only Game that Makes $$$$$)

If the machines are old and still have visible access to the counters then yes I can beat them, but I've yet to find them since they took many out or upgraded many to new Motherboards and Co-Processors.

Here is one well known set of slot machines that is known to be an advantage play at certain times https://wizardofodds.com/games/slots/mystery-jackpot/. So can I get my thousand now. I mean seriously I don't expect you to know all the ins and outs of every game but to claim with such absolute certainty that you are right when even the most cursory of knowledge shows you to be wrong is the height of arrogance.
You said you will be in Vegas soon, I can prove without a doubt particular slot machines can be beaten 100% FACT however I am not willing to just show someone for the hell of it. I.m not claiming you will or can get super rich doing so(if that were the case I'd keep my mouth shut) one can make rent and pay some bills. Man I already posted theories about Video Poker machines set to payout 100% to 150% payout you still lose your money.
We need to physically play slot machines to show consistent profit.
So are you still interested in my offer? If $1000.00 is not enough I will gladly work a 50/50 deal on total profits made using your theories.

AxelWolf, One can make rent or bills by simply cashing in on Matchplay coupons (Betting 30 on bank and 20 w/Coupon on player at Baccarat and winning 10.00 for each 20.00 matchplay coupon) in Vegas all day long. Come on man,
I'm a Baccarat Player, making 500 - 1000.00/ day at the tables and Do not want to waste my time if you do not want to work with me on your theories.

True I will keep in touch when I get to vegas (approx November 20th to December 31st)
Here is a trick / Tip for you in the meantime.
1) sit at your slot machine of choice. (the one you need to get information on)
2) put service light on.
3) ask slot attendant you need a Slot Tech to check the machine because the machine has done something out of the ordinary. (example: from time to time the Video screen doesnt work properly and may need to be Calibrated)
4) slot tech arrives, stand behind him as he brings up the admin panels on the machine)
5) look towards the center left side to see "Percentage payout" you will see percentage there and also below you will see the Numbers your looking for.
Here in Canada, All slots are set at 85% payout by law and accordance with the OLGC. but the fluctuation occurrences are Server Based and bounce all over the Casino floor. Not like the old days when they had higher paying machines setup by the Entrance and Washrooms along with a few rows next to the Table Games.

that, this is by far the most ridiculous thing you've said.
Furthermore, if you know the probabilities of a certain progressive hitting combined with the Base Return of a machine, then based on the amount of the Progressive(s), you can be spinning at an advantage. That's basically the same thing with Video Poker Progressives being at an advantage, just a matter of knowing the probabilities.
Furthermore, there are also some slot machines in which the Bonus Games must hit at certain times, occasionally (ex. Rock Around the Clock) it is stupidly obvious, and other times, the, "Game Rules," menu will indicate how many spins the game can go before you get into Bonus Games. Machines of the latter type are even fewer and even more far between, but I've seen them in my experience...which is very limited compared to that of AxelWolf. In such cases, it is a matter of vulturing them at the right times, as with multipliers left on Ultimate X VP, the Rock Around the Clocks are easy to vulture, all you have to do is glance at them...the ones with the Must-Hit by Bonus Games take a little more work, because you have to sit and make a show out of playing a different machine...usually for $0.01/spin...and count off the spins other people go without hitting a Bonus Game.
In addition to that, there are other types of Bonus Games in which you don't know when the game itself is going to hit, but you can vulture on the result of the game being favorable. For instance, and I forget the name of the machine, (There are none at Wheeling Island) but there is a machine with fifteen boxes, and one of the boxes contains a Bonus, now you periodically get the chance to open three boxes at a time. If there are only three boxes left, then you know you must get the prize. I would speculate that you are at an advantage when there are six boxes left, because you only have to hit the Bonus Games twice (and could be successful on the first attempt), but I don't know for sure. You are almost certainly at an advantage if there are only three boxes left, and that happens sometimes when the previous player either:
A.) Tapped out going for it.
or
B.) Was a complete idiot.
I'm sure there are other ways, again, Axelwolf is a professional and I'm not, so I'm sure he has many more tools in his shed than I do.

Their are a lot more to slots then people think and NOT just vultureing. One may Balk at vultureing however, at various times guys could make $400 a day for for years, with a very limited bank roll in the hundreds.
There has always been something around worth playing.
A few Guys in the 70' and 80'S made a fortune on slots, mostly progressives and promotions. One guy could Rhythm play old slot machines. Many of them guys migrated into VP, creating successful teams
I have seen slot progressives 70x over reset with a fairly short cycle, worth thousands per HR.
In the mid 90's to about 03 there were more slot bonus games then you could keep track of, maybe thousands, It probably kept 50 guys employed full time. The Bellagio at one time was a gold mine. They had a few bonus pooling games such as Net Pay and Globe Shopping that added over 20k to a few guys short BR, in just a few months. I had a guy play for me, I gave him $100 to start his day out with playing only 1 type of .25 machines(Net pay), each day he played he handed me back $300 to $400. I gave him 1/3 of the profits, Not including the money he probably pocketed.
there have been slot machines that were a play straight through, with over 100% pay back, not including the card
I believe Gambling with an edge had a Australian guy on the show, who made millions playing extremely profitable, Must hit by slot machines, with a team.
I could make a list a mile long of good slot plays from the past. Don't knock slots, Especially the new wave of VP players who think .25 FPDW and 2 times points is the gold to AP, It was the Slot guys who started pounding the VP games in the first place.
