The actual answer would be incredibly complicated, as it depends on card removal, but the variation from the probabilities at the start of the shoe would be so minute that you wouldn't need to worry about it.

So basically, the same as it always is for player.

Given a Banker win and a Tie, the probabilities for the next hand were

9.5327% Tie

Compared to Expectation
Banker 45.8597%
Player 44.6247%
Tie 9.5156%

added: I played further into the shoe and another 50 cards passed I got a Player win followed by a Tie
The probabilities for the very next hand showed:
