After the come out roll if I bet the come and don't come bet for the same amount at the same time and lay and take the full odds, what is the house edgae?
Example: The come out roll is 8 and I put $10 on come and $10 on DC at the same time the shooter rolls a 4, now I lay $100 on DC and $50 odds on my come bet, at this point I can not lose(since if a 4 hits i break even) and the only way I can win is if the shooter makes the point (8 for this roll) and then rolls a 7 on the next come out roll.
I don't know if this gives me a better odds than any other system.
Thanks

When you make this bet doesn't matter. You are essentially playing Doey/Don't, which carries an edge that is the same as betting both the Pass and DP. Which is bad.

In your example, if you put $10 on come and $10 on DC, AND the shooter rolls a 4, then you break even.
If the shooter hits the point and then rolls a 7 on the next come out roll, do you still not break even? I assume your odds are working?
