Walked in there today. $25 JOB Twenty Five dollars, not cents! 6-5 just as you said. Biggest ripoff in Biloxi, no doubt.
Actually its only a rip off for those who play video poker. For those on this forum who do coin-in AP analyses of video poker, it would not be the plae to go and it is good that they now know this, but for those who play craps there is little relevance other than to know that if a craps player gets tired and wants to sit down at a slot machine to rest his back, he would be wise not to select a video poker machine to rest at.Quote: DeMangoBiggest ripoff in Biloxi, no doubt.
I like to keep a vague 'casino profile' in mind: smoking or not, good air conditioning temperature, background noise, number of craps tables, Minimum bets, odds allowed, BJ as 3:2 or not, buffet price, comp reputation. I don't bother with video poker because I could barely play poker.
IF a casino is accessible by shuttles or the like that is a plus.
Quote: LuckyPhowWell, since you asked, here's the scoop:
On 22-Apr-2017 Scarlet Pearl gave away a Lincoln MKC (value $32K+). The scheduled car giveaway for 21-May-2017 (later today) is a Chevrolet Spark (value $13.5K+). So, yes, Scarlet Pearl does seem to be giving away "just domestic" cars.
So, you report the casino plans to give away a riding lawn mower in June (just as everyone's lawn is turning into a forest and the old mower seems hard to start). Could be they are in deep financial doo-doo (Lincoln - Chevy - mower). Or, it could be they are shrewd like a fox, hmmm?
That's a crazy drop-off...and I would have given away $10k in FP before giving away that piece of crap Spark. I pray to never have that as a rental again!
