It is a real dealer and real cards. I think everyone gets the same cards but chooses on their own to hit stand or split then it somehow puts each player result on screen and to their chip stack. So I guess like the first way you said it.

Mathematical Induction is a special way of proving things. It has only 2 steps:

Step 1. Show it is true for the first one
Step 2. Show that if any one is true then the next one is true
Then all are true
