Isn’t the state broke? I can see them pushing for more gaming establishments, or allowing machines in bars.
They just need to make weed legal, and that should take a chunk out of their budget deficit.

Yes, they will eventually allow it in bars. I saw that this year in Illinois the revenue from the bars surpassed the casinos.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
