So one casino can't be used for anything but a casino and the other one can't be used for a casino for at least 10 years....
I don't know why Stockton just didn't buy the Trump Plaza. It's way too good of a location to be sitting dormant. If it's not kept up it's going to start to crumble....Ever see those shows on the History Channel, "10 Years after People"?
