Caesars Buffet now closed for breakfast!?

Don't know if anybody commented on this , but a rare CZR improvement was the renovated Palace Court Buffet (especially if you were using the voucher).
We, & a number of others, went up to the buffet entrance Sunday a.m.- there was no sign explaining new hours (now open @ noon for brunch) - we walked over to a packed Cafe Roma where we were told a limited buffet (had like 6 dismal items) ,will now be served there for breakfast, & they had the nerve to add a surcharge if you used the omelet station !?
