Casinos are milking and squeezing to bitter end. Sad. I remember happy times visiting local casinos in AC. The atmosphere has changed, AC is definetly off kilter.

My brother in law retired from Caesars about 15 years ago. He held a high level management position, he opened Caesars AC before going back to Vegas where he retired. They just stopped paying his pension. He's a lung cancer survivor and around 80 years old and they just stopped paying it blaming their bankruptcy.

If CZR failed to pay the legally required premiums for pension insurance (even paying off at 5 or 10 cents on the nominal dollar sum), that is just one more additional case among the many that show the ineptitude and carelessness of the so-called federal regulators in charge of the program.

Maybe they'll be able to pay their retirees their pensions with the extra money. My brother in law retired from Caesars about 15 years ago. He held a high level management position, he opened Caesars AC before going back to Vegas where he retired. They just stopped paying his pension. Good grief. That's terrible. Does he have any recourse?

Once you hit "reply", there is no going back. Just post a single word like "delete", and if/when we see it, we'll take care of it.

I'll leave the above one stand so as not to make my reply confusing.
