Hippadrome London

I headed over to the hippadrome at about 1 am on a weekday. For a weekday it seemed pertty full, there was one baccarat table did not have anyone sitting at it but everything else was full. Since people go back and forth between the baccarat tables and bet the table might have been empty but people would bet on it just standing next to it. Then I went downstairs to check out the craps tables.

The craps tables were active untill about 2 am and I was the last player at one of them before they shut down for the night. They allow 2x free odds on pass and come. I didnt have the best craps night so I headed over to roulette for a few spins. Yes, I know the logic of going from one of the smallest house edge games to one of the biggest doesnt make sense. I hit a corner bet and then went up to the baccarat tables. One of the tables had a few places open so I sat down. The "commission free" baccarat tables seem to be more popular there but I stay away from them and perfer the standard game with commission. Tie pays 9:1 and you can bet on exact tie outcomes like 1-1 6-6 2-2 ect.

I went on a nice banker run and started making some non typical bets on exact tie 0-0 and 1-1. I kept betting banker and one pound on these two side bets. After a while they offered me food and drink and I ordered some food. They bring the food directly to you on a side table. While eating my club sandwich I managed to hit the 1-1 exact tie bet that pays 215:1 . Not bad for eating a sandwich and playing.

I left around 4am up a few hundred pounds. So far it is the best casino I have found in London.

>going from one of the smallest house edge games to one of the biggest

stories about one spouse sticking to the lowest-edge game in the casino, and losing big, while the other spouse plays the slots and wins big ... these stories abound

did you ever find out what this new game "shooter" was all about?
