craps money management

I play craps on the Wizard site..5 on pass..3x,4x,5x odds..and come bets with no restriction. starting at 1000...at point would it be smart to set a winning limit to stop...1300?..and does mean pulling down the odds on all the bets if that will get me to 1300.
I will do whatever is suggested on a real table and am wondering what bankroll I should have to play an hour in this fashion. I assume that 1000 might not be enough
