baccarat insurance

Dear Wizard of Vegas/Wizard of Odds:

I've played baccarat, where d player (that's me) are allowed to buy insurance base on d following rules:

Regardless of whether I'm betting Player or Banker n I'm buying insurance on my bet, d following rules n payout apply:

1. If I get a natural 8, payout is 1:7. tis means if I buy USD1.00 insurance n I loose, the insurance will pay me USD7.00
2. Similarly, if I get a natural 7; insurance payout is 1:2

Besides the above (1) & (2), The house will allow me to buy insurance ONLY after 2 cards are drawn on both the Player n Banker AND PROVIDED THE SCORE IS HIGHER ON MY WAGER. For example,

3. After drawing 2 cards each for Player and Banker respectively and If I get a total of 6 in a Banker's bet and d score of player is 5, I can buy insurance on my Banker's bet and if I loose d the insurance will pay 1:3
4. similarly and base on the same rules as above, if my score is 5, the payout is 1:2

5. After drawing a third card and say I'm betting Player and my score is 4 and d Banker Score (after drawing 2 cards) is LESS THAN 4, say d score is 3, I can buy insurance and the payout is 1:1.5
6. Similarly and base on the above if my score is 3, the payout is 1:1

BASE ON THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSURANCE BUYING AND PAYOUTS, WILL I BE AN ADVANTAGE PLAYER OR AT LEAST I'LL HAVE A SLIGHT EDGE OVER THE HOUSE AND HOW MUCH IS THE EDGE THAT I'LL HAVE OVER THE HOUSE???

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE INSURANCE IS PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY AND NOT BY THE HOUSE

As I'm a newbie, Will also appreciate the opinions and views of all fellow baccarat players. many thks
