Is there a card counting strategy for "Lucky Lucky" that can overcome the house advantage. Intuitively, when the deck is rich in 6's 7's and 8's the advantage would move to the player.

Sure, or at least closer to 0. But you'll get killed in the base BJ game at the same time.
