Streak Blackjack

I hear this is a Blackjack variant that uses 5 decks of cards yet I hear that some casinos use only a single deck. Would this favor the player or the house. I know it's a tough one but can anyone answer this?

If the variant game has a rule that dealer wins every hand then nothing else would matter.

How does the variant work? In general, longer streaks are more likely with more decks. That's because there are more of each card that can possibly come out.
