Hello,

I was looking for the house edge in Dragon Tiger in the case when the cards are compared also by the suit, on top of the rank.

Rank from Ace to King
Suit from Heart to Spade (Heart; Clubs; Diamond; Spade)

Where by example the hand with Dragon: 7 Heart and Tiger 7 Spade; Tiger win

Overall are 3 bets:

Dragon / Tiger paid 1 to 1
Any Pair (both cards same rank) paid 11 to 1
Tie (both cards same rank and suit) paid 40 to 1

This game is played with this rules in Cambodia and can't find the game hold calculation for this variant.

Whoever answers this will need to know how many decks.

There also seems to be a missing rule- where does the house get their edge on the Dragon/Tiger 1-1 bet?

Yes, i missed this important aspect...

The game is played with 8 decks

In case of Tie game, collect half from the Dragon / Tiger bets

Example of bets payment and cards:

Dragon (8 Heart) vs Tiger (8 Spade) , Tiger win (same rank but suit higher), paid 1-1, Any Pair win (same rank) and paid 11 to 1 and Tie Game lose
Dragon (10 Heart) vs Tiger (10 Heart) , Tie game (same rank and suit), Bet on Dragon or Tiger lose half; Any pair win (same rank) and Tie game is paid 40 to 1
