I am curious what would happen to the house edge if they offered a promotion of "5to2 on suited blackjack". The rules in place are,
6 deck shoe
Hit on soft 17
No surrender
Can double on any first 2 cards(even after split)
Can split up to 4 hands
Aces can resplit
Can't hit after splitting aces.

If anyone could let me know where the house edge starts and how much is lost due to 5to2 on suited blackjack it would be appreciated.

The Wizard's blackjack house edge calculator gives for your rules and 3 to 2 blackjack a house edge of 0.63873% (basic strategy with cut card.)

The decrease in the house edge due to winning suited blackjacks' paying 5 to 2 would be approximately 1.13%. This would make the new house edge -0.49%.
