I play basic strategy in single deck blackjack in order to clear bonuses. In that system, it is good for me to get a push after having doubled. (Don't ask me why but somehow the bonus is then cleared.) A push after doubling can therefore be considered as a winning hand. Would this perhaps alter the basic strategy table in the sense that it is now better to also double on 10 against dealer 10 or ace (instead of just hitting)?

I don't think so. First of all, deviating from BS in any way is going to lower your expected value on the hand, so there is no point trying to force something that isn't in your favor. On the 10 v. 10 you will be hurt unless you draw a face hard, so that really isn't a good play at all. If it is a push you are seeking, why double 10 v. A, if you do draw a 10 there isn't a very high likelihood of a push as the dealer would have to either have a 9 in the hole or draw to 20. If you end up with 12-16 in either scenario you can't possibly tie, the dealer will either have a hand or try to make a hand. By hitting, if you draw a little card you will actually increase your odds of a push as you can draw again and get a 17-21 total.
