RULES VERSUS MISTAKES

Dear Wizard, I disagree with the assessment 0.46 for Trillenium casino rules. Especially the rule of a ten and ace About paying 3 to 2 after-splitting is worth 0.19%. This rule is not officially recognized by the house. I think it's a dealer error, not a rule. I hope you comment your professional opinion.
