Possible edge in Baccarat

Hi, I wanted to know know if there's any possible player edge in "Exchange games baccarat". Basically, you're playing against other players. You can back or you can lay (that something will happen or won't happen). The house has a 2% commision. I will post some screenshots. Odds change drastically and you can bet in-game

Those are not other players that provide the liquidity but betfair's own bots most of the time and the odds are never in your favor.
