Pontoon, losing with a Pontoon or 5-card trick rule change.

It's really annoying to see your Pontoon get beaten by a dealer Pontoon, 3xstake (your ante+2xwinnings) dissapears at once :(
Also when you get your doubled 5-card trick and then the dealer gets a 5-card trick, 6x stake dissapears at once.
If the game of Pontoon were to be changed so that a player Pontoon wins immediately otherwise dealer checks for Pontoon and wins if he has it; then assuming no Pontoons, a player 5-card trick wins immediately how much house edge would the dealer give up?
Side question, what house edge would the dealer gain if he was given a push on 5-card 26s?
