Anyway, I am curious to know if anybody can suggest casino hotels in the Las Vegas area of at least 3 stars and up, (preferably 4 stars and up), that have eigher no, or very low resort fees/taxes? Those would be the casino hotels I will be offering my rated play too, in hopes of eventually being offered comped rooms. Since I plan to be going to Vegas at least once a month going forward.
I am trying to minimize my traveling expenses on each trip.
Thanks.
p.s. just realized I should have posted this thread into the gambling/las vegas casino's catergory, instead of : gambling blackjack catergory. Don't know if I can move it over or not.
Circus Circus would be in the $45 range (with resort fee).
2 nights at Silver Sevens will cost you $65 with an American Casino Guide coupon.
For anything else you'll have to stay in shithole sub par location or spend $50+ a day.
The 50% bonus (all TC's earned between 1/1-3/31 were subject to a separate bonus) is gone, but it's still easy to hit diamond if you go often enough. I do not know your bankroll or average bet, but as someone betting high green, low black ($200 max bet, most around $100) it's pretty difficult to hit 2500 (for the max relative bonus) in a single day, so you should try to hit the 1k every day that you gamble and within a few trips you will be diamond and no longer have to pay the resort fee.
Quote: stabworldInteresting I didn't realize that. I'm currently Platinum. But shouldnt be too hard to get to Diamond, If I play rated at the total rewards properties.
Don't know all the details about the bonus' that just happened, but a few weeks ago my brand new platinum card went to diamond in a 3 day weekend. Haven't been back to check out the benefits yet. Soon I hope!

Thank you, for that information.
Quote: MarkTarlyAs far as I know, not many (link removed by Mod) hotels in Las Vegas fit your criteria. You could try the Harrah's or maybe The Venecian though, I've heard their resort fees are quite low. Maybe there are some off-strip hotels with better conditions but you're gonna have to look them up pretty carefully
OK, maybe.

Was there a link that was removed by Mod?
Or was that typed by the Poster?
Inquiring minds and all that.
Maybe Mod action 'in someone else's post' should be in green text?
I don't remember this situation arising before, though I feel sure it's old hat to the old timers.
Didn't seem like a Bot post, but what do I know?

I didn't remove it, but it's quite common to do so on new members' posts. When it's a bot/spammer, the member usually gets removed as well, but it appears the member in this case was trying to address the thread, so we'll see what develops.
