Video Blackjack Double of Nothing

I read on this wizards site that in the case of video poker, it is advantagous to take the double or nothing bet on machines that have a house advantage. Should this same strategy be applied to video blackjack also?

Yes, for the same reason, which should be to minimize the ratio of expected loss to total amount bet.
