BJ Switch table on wiz's site - how to change for diff rules?

As the title says, how would I make changes to the EV table (here:in order to account for different rules? I would assume that a switched BJ counts as a natural, then the EV's in that row would all be 1, but there are more differences as well I'm sure.

Also, does anyone know what would be the affect on the house advantage of playing say Playtech software, using the Vegas rules table?
