Dear Wizard and Friends,
The problem: Large betting spreads draw heat.
The solution: For neutral and positive counts, bet $10 to $100. For small negative counts, reduce to $5. For large negative counts, take a short break, or keep playing at $5 if I must.
Analysis: This strategy is for a double deck game. I'm trying to give the impression that I'm a gambler playing $10 to $100 hands, pressing my bets on winning streaks. That would be a 10X spread. But with the $5 hands thrown in, the spread is really 20X. Hopefully, with only 2 decks and timely breaks, the $5 hands will be few and far between.
Is this a sound betting strategy?
Good luck to all,
