This topic is loads more fun.

The wild dogs cry out in the night
As they grow restless, longing for some solitary company
I know that I must do what's right

I'm guessing...

"Africa"?

Here's a lyric from SiriusXM "50's on 5" today:

You're gonna need an ocean
Of calamine lotion

Sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti, you are correct! As an aside, our 16 year old loves Toto. I may question some of his choices, but not his taste in music!

Poison Ivy, though I'm not sure of the artist. Maybe The Coasters?

Considering the finite capacity of the human mind, the amount space I've got dedicated to the inexplicable retention of Ska is nothing short of irresponsible.

According to my hipster daughter, this is "99 Red/Luft Balloons".

Quote: Gialmere

Suddenly ahead of me
Across the mountainside
A gleaming alloy air car
Shoots towards me, two lanes wide
I spin around with shrieking tires
To run the deadly race
Go screaming through the valley
As another joins the chase

Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!

This is the classic "Red Barchetta" from the Moving Pictures album. Note that Rush was the first correct response on this thread some 10 years ago.

-----------------------------

And now, in the category"Old Country", name that song...

The other night dear, as I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms
But when I awoke, dear, I was mistaken
So I hung my head and I cried
Have you tried 22 tonight? I said 22.
