Hi all,
Brand new to the site. Have been playing Wizards online free Mississippi Stud, and think I'm ready to play for real. Unfortunately, the closest casino for me is 2+ hours away, so would like to join an online betting site, but have no idea which ones would have Mississippi Stud (and I'm also a fan of Let it ride). Does anyone know which is best for those to games? I live in NY. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Joanne

Since you came to this site…. If you go to the ‘games’ tab, you can get to Mississippi Stud. They have 3 options to choose from. All have been vetted by the Wizard. And if you have any problem with them the Wiz will advocate in your behalf.

I am trying to figure out where you could live in NY that is over 2 hours from a casino. With Seneca Buffalo Creek, Del Lago, Turning Stone, the NYC casinos, you must live near the Canadian border on the northeastern most part of the state?

Welcome to the forum!

SooPoo, Thank you for the fast reply! Much appreciated!!
No I live in one of the boroughs of NYC. I'm not aware NYC has a casino, unless you're referring to Resorts in Queens, which I went to once about 3 years ago (about 20min from where I live). I was into Black Jack then, and being that they are solely video, I lost my money, and it was my first time.
Not that I woh't lose with Mississippi Stud or Let it ride, just had a bad experience at Resorts in Queens.
I usually drive to Atlantic City and have been profitable sitting at the tables, after finding Wizards free games where I learned to play.
Hope that answered your question, and thank you for pointing me in the right direction :)

Ok, I went to the games tab, scrolled down and found Mississippi Stud. Clicked on it and it brought me to the tutorial and the free version.
Now when you say I can choose from the 3 online gaming sites, are they the ones I find when I scroll all the way down? or the 3 recommended sites to the right?
Sorry, I don't want to make a deposit to a site, and then not have the game.
Is there any one site in particular that you like and play?

I personally would never play for real money on an online casino, but that’s just me. There were two casinos mentioned that I had never heard of, and Bovada was the third. Some here have used Bovada for years. And like I said, if you sign up through this site, the Wiz will at least look at a complaint if you have one. I’m from NYC(originally) but left years before there were any casinos. I thought that Resorts in Wueens has regular casino games, but could be wrong. I’m sure that’s easy for you to find out.

Agreed, online with money is risky. As far as I know, Resorts in Queens and Jakes out on Long Island are just digital, but close enough to check out if they have live tables.
I guess all this started because I've watched some of the Wizards YouTube videos where he takes a lunch break and plays. It looks like an online for money, as the table is completely different than his tutorial. And what I like about that one, is it has the 3 card bonus, where his tutorial doesn't.
Thank you for helping me. And have fun playing :)

I am a gambler and I generally do not scold other gamblers for gambling. But I don't mind suggesting gambling online with a game like Mississippi Stud is not a good idea for almost anyone. You might reply that you are someone exceptional, not to worry; let's say you are extraordinarily well-heeled and have other fine attributes. OK, I can be OK with it then. In that circumstance, I would at least be advised of some things:

* mainly, being able to gamble anytime any hour of the day or night is very conducive to finding oneself gambling more than you ever planned.

* Largely because of the above, you might surprise yourself by becoming addicted, while never having had the problem in spite of decades of going to casinos [perhaps]

* online gambling goes much faster than gambling at a real table. Where you might play 40 hands per hour at the casino, an online casino version is likely to allow many, many more times than that ... maybe 2-3 times that or more

I've been a gambler for more than 50 years without ever being hurt by it, but all I'll say is I have vowed to never play regular casino games for real money online ... the temptation that offers is too much

Odious..
THANK YOU. I'm a complete newbie and appreciate your reply more than you know. I don't have money to *iss away, I do, only bet with that which I can afford to lose when at the casino, 3-4 times a year, if that.
What I'm really looking for is an online website where I can play Mississippi Stud, where it offers the bonus. The Wizards free tutorial, which I love, does not. Or I'm doing it wrong and can't seem to find the one that offers the 3 card bonus play, as I see him playing in YouTube videos.
Is there any way you could steer me in the right direction to play on a website that offers the 3 card bonus play on Mississippi Stud?
Thank you in advance,

OK ... I view all that as an indication you really need to be aware of what I have already posted.

Thank you in advance,

note that I don't play casino games online so I don't have that info. I think you have found the same thing I just did, just where to play M. Stud online. That can be googled and you can select the Wizard site that lists these places. You'd just have to take the plunge, no indication as to whether they offer the side bet.
