multi-win draw poker

I recently saw this machine, the multi-win draw poker machine, a video of which Mike Shackleford put on you tube. When you plug in the numbers, several games have >100% estimated return. Yet, the IGT fact sheet on this machine says 96.3-99.3% return range. Why the discrepancy? Am I overlooking something that might lower the estimated return? Thank you.
